Miss Mary Sutherland is engaged to a quiet business man who has recently disappeared. The fiancé, Mr. Hosmer Angel, is a peculiar character, rather quiet, and rather secretive about his life.

Mr. Angel has disappeared merely minutes before the wedding and has been missing ever since. Hosmer was last contacted just minutes before the wedding by Mary.

However there is one important detail that stands out; Mary has never met Hosmer in person. This opens up a lot of possibilities for what may be truth about what is going on. Keep in mind that the solution may not be as simple as finding out where he was on the day of the wedding.

Mary tells us that she lives at home with her mother Tracey and her stepfather James who have been married since last year. Her father passed away two years ago from a heart attack. She currently works as a receptionist at an accounting firm, though this is mostly just to keep her busy since she receives substantial money from a trust fund set up for her by her late uncle.
